At Goldilocks Community Health, we successfully navigate and support participants along their own journey every step of the way. We are a team of likeminded passionate Health Professionals with extensive experience in a range of Inpatient and Community service settings. Our established networks with local Service Providers have ensured quick, easy, and smooth engagements so that our participants optimise their NDIS funding and exercise choice and control. We are dedicated to building independence and maintaining everyone's overall health and wellbeing, so our team is absolutely focused on participant centered care by offering services that address all aspects of wellness.

Specialist Support Coordination and Recovery Coaching
If you need Levels 1, 2 or 3 Support Coordination then as a registered provider we are here to ensure you are supported with your plan and service engagements from beginning to end. Ask about our Home and Living Assessments or NLP and Mental Health First Aider Coaching - specializing in ROBUST Complex Mental Health ASD, ID and ADHD 25+ years lived and professional experience
Respite / STA Options
As a Registered NDIS provider we encourage self-directed respite options so our participants can collaboratively design their supports (using our team or their existing teams), The NDIS list of supports as stated in your plan will be 100% compliant with reporting completed by our senior Care Manager every stay - so please complete the expression of interest below so we can create together.
